ZUGFeRD (Germany) and Factur-X (France) are a hybrid invoice format: a normal, human-readable PDF invoice with a machine-readable EN 16931 XML embedded inside.
Is this a certified PDF/A-3 file?
Note: this PDF embeds the EN 16931 XML as a genuine attachment (Factur-X-compliant), but is not a certified PDF/A-3 file — sufficient for most ZUGFeRD recipients, but may not pass strict PDF/A-3 conformance checks.
